| Look and feel customization/Skinning | Requires customer to present a design/image of desired final look. Customer has to supply any images that are supposed to be included like logos, company designs etc. Design has to be granted by Novatrox AB before delivery can be expected. Delivery is guaranteed within 5 work days from granted design. Changes - after delivery three adjustment requests are included in the price. Other changes will be charged at an hourly rate of 149 Euro/hour, charged by each started hour. Obvious faults by Novatrox in implementation will be corrected without any charge or loss of number of adjustment requests. |
